The final camera-ready PDF file must be IEEE Xplore compatible. Authors may convert their paper from the source application format to an Xplore-compatible PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress .

1. First-time users should create an IEEE PDF eXpress account using their basic contact information and confirm account creation through email.
2. Log in to IEEE PDF eXpress using:
   • Conference ID: 71331X
   • Your registered email address
   • Your password
3. Upload the source file containing your paper for conversion.
4. Receive the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF by email.
5. Rename the IEEE PDF eXpress-compatible PDF as PID.pdf (for example, 123.pdf).
6. Preserve a copy of the PDF eXpress compliance message. This proof must be submitted during registration and renamed as PID_pdfeXpress.pdf.

Log in to the Microsoft CMT Author Portal .

1. Click "Submit the IEEE Copyright Form" in the Actions column of the Author Console.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the eCF process.
3. The signed PDF document will be generated automatically.
4. Download a copy of the copyright form. Authors will also receive an attached copy by email.
5. Rename the downloaded file as PID_copyright.pdf (for example, 123_copyright.pdf) and upload it to CMT as an additional document.

Log in to the Microsoft CMT Author Portal .

Upload your final camera-ready PDF generated through IEEE PDF eXpress or successfully passed through the PDF eXpress compatibility check by selecting "Create Camera Ready Submission" in the Actions column of the Author Console.

• The PDF must have no password protection.
• All fonts must be embedded.
• All submitted papers must be written in English.
